Meet the Owners
Co-Founder
A New Jersey native, Alicia spent more than 20 years in the New York City area before relocating to St. Petersburg in 2014, where she has watched the region grow into a globally sought-after place to live and work. Before earning her real estate license, she was a retail buyer for luxury brands including DKNY and Prada — a background that shaped her tenacity, client-first focus, and eye for detail.
A recipient of the 2021 Pinnacle Award and ranked in the Top 2% company-wide, Alicia was recognized among Florida's Top 7 teams and named to the 2021 REALTrends + Tom Ferry Top 1% of Real Estate Teams. She represents buyers and sellers across the Bay area, specializing in Tierra Verde, Snell Isle, Allendale, and St. Petersburg's historic Old Northeast.
Known for her relocation expertise — having relocated herself — Alicia delivers concierge-style service with exceptional attention to detail. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Fordham University (MBA), she is the mother of three boys and a proud St. Petersburg resident.

Real estate has been part of John's life from the beginning. Early in his career he worked alongside family members managing a diverse investment portfolio — neighborhood shopping centers, franchise out-parcels, more than 250,000 square feet of industrial space, new construction projects, and residential rentals. That hands-on exposure built a practical foundation in underwriting, leasing, asset management, and deal execution across multiple asset classes.
In 2014 he relocated to St. Petersburg to build his own path in the industry. Working alongside two of the market's top-producing agents, he learned the day-to-day realities of agency work — prospecting, client management, negotiation, and transaction execution — and developed the disciplined, execution-focused approach that guides his work today. He remains an active agent with the MV Team at LPT Realty, which keeps him close to the deals and the agents 82 West serves.
After more than two decades in the industry, John has been on nearly every side of the closing table — buying, selling, developing, and operating across residential, multifamily, retail strip centers, NNN, outparcels, and industrial. He also leads real estate education businesses and a land-development company delivering affordable manufactured housing in rural markets.
